Futkui ("we", "us", "our") operates the Futkui mobile app, which helps people find and connect with nearby players for sports and games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — email address, or your Apple/Google account identifier and email if you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Profile information — display name, handle, photos, bio, sports and skill preferences, and approximate location (province/city).
• Content you create — messages you send to connected players, reports you submit, and images you upload.
• Usage and device data — app interactions (invitations, skips, and player connections), push notification token, and basic device/technical data needed to operate the app.
• Subscription information — if you buy FutKui Plus, we store your subscription status, the product you bought, and the transaction identifiers Apple, Google, and RevenueCat give us. We never receive or store your card or payment details.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To show you candidate profiles nearby and enable player connections.
• To enable messaging between connected players.
• To send push notifications for new messages and player connections.
• To provide FutKui Plus and the features a subscription unlocks, and to apply the limits that apply to free accounts.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms — including handling blocks and reports.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• With other users — your profile (name, handle, photos, bio, sports, approximate location) is visible to other users as part of the player-connection feature. Messages are visible only to you and the person you're chatting with.
• Service providers — we use Cloudflare (hosting, database, image storage) and Resend (email delivery for sign-in codes) to operate the app. We use Apple and Google to verify sign-in when you use those options. We use Expo's push notification service to deliver notifications.
• Payments — subscription purchases are processed by Apple and Google. We use RevenueCat to validate those purchases and tell us whether your subscription is active. These companies receive the information they need to process and verify the purchase; your payment details go to Apple or Google and never reach us.
• Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Futkui, our users, or the public.

Data retention

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, messages, and associated data, except where retention is required for legal or safety reasons (for example, records related to reports of abuse).

Your choices and rights

• You can edit your profile information at any time in the app.
• You can block or report other users.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app, which permanently removes your profile and data as described above.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at support@futkui.com to make a request.

Children's privacy

Futkui is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one you live in, including countries that may have different data protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means before the change takes effect.
