Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Futkui mobile app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Futkui ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Futkui. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
• You must provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
• You may not create more than one account, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.

Acceptable use

When using Futkui, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or scams.
• Attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.

We rely on user reports and blocks to help keep the community safe. We may investigate reported conduct and take action, including warnings, content removal, or account suspension or termination.

User content

You retain ownership of the content (photos, messages, profile information) you submit to Futkui. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service — for example, showing your profile to other users. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

Connecting and meeting other players

Futkui helps you discover and connect with other users for sports and social activities. We do not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and in person. Exercise caution and good judgment, especially when meeting someone in person for the first time — meet in public places and let someone else know your plans.

FutKui Plus subscriptions

Futkui is free to use. We also offer an optional paid subscription, FutKui Plus, which unlocks features such as seeing every player who wants to connect with you and removing the daily limits on invitations and profiles. The features included in Plus, and the limits that apply to free accounts, may change over time; we will not reduce what an active subscription includes without telling you first.

• Price and billing — the price and the billing period are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm.
• Automatic renewal — subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling — you manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not in Futkui. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. If you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Free trials and introductory offers — where we offer one, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial. Introductory pricing applies once per account, on the terms shown at the time of purchase.
• Refunds — purchases are processed by Apple and Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play; please contact Apple or Google directly.
• Price changes — if we change the price of a subscription, the new price applies only to renewals after we have given you notice and obtained any consent the App Store or Google Play requires.
• Account deletion — deleting your Futkui account ends your access to Plus immediately and does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of the period. Cancel the subscription in your store account as well, or it may keep renewing.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in behavior that harms other users or the Service, or as required by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that you will find compatible players.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futkui will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
